We booked a snowboard trip woth group of friends and we stayed at Binders. We had great time here! Hotel is located just 15-20 walk from the city centre and bus stop just 2 min away. You can get bus to all resorts like Axamer Lizum , Schlick 2000 , Stubaier Gletscher and more. The accommodation give us city card that includes all buses for free which is really convenient. The hotel looks recently renovated and is spotless clean. The rooms are spacious enough. There is a bar with good selection of local drinks and they serve good breakfast. The rooms were cleaned every day and sheets and towels every other day. Staff are friendly and helped us with every question and query that we had. Top Notch!

The lady at the reception was extremely unpleasant and not helpful at all. She should consider changing job. The check-in took one hour (we had 5 rooms) and she charged us 5 euros just to check in. Never been charged to check-in in an hotel before. The rooms are okay but small. Nothing special. The breakfast is good, but there is not much choice. The bread was good.

Our experience with Binders Hotel has been extremely disappointing and upsetting. We contacted the hotel to request a change to our booking dates due to a genuine and unavoidable reason — a death in the family that forced us to alter our travel plans. Despite explaining the situation clearly, the response we received was completely unhelpful and lacking any basic empathy. The reception staff were unwelcoming, dismissive, and showed no interest in offering assistance or even discussing possible alternatives. While I understand that certain bookings come with conditions, there was no attempt whatsoever to accommodate us under exceptional circumstances, nor any display of human understanding. It felt as though our situation was treated as an inconvenience rather than a serious personal matter. Customer service is not just about enforcing policies; it’s about how you treat people when they are dealing with difficult situations. In this case, Binders Hotel failed entirely. The rigid, uncaring approach and poor attitude from reception made an already stressful time even worse. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. If you value compassionate service and staff who are willing to help when life takes an unexpected turn, this is not the place for you. Completely unacceptable.
