Guest house Kolata view

We stayed there while hiking the Peaks of the Balkans trail, it is a bit off the trail but definitely worth de detour. It was not easy to find, but we were extremely well received. We had delicious home made food, and woke up with the greatest view on the mountains. The newly build place to sleep has a nice bathroom downstairs and a room with 10 beds upstairs. It was lovely to spend time there, we highly recommend it!

Easily the best guest house I stayed at while hiking the Peaks of the Balkans. The views are fantastic, food delicious, and the host family extremely kind, warm, and hospitable. I'd highly recommend this to anyone hiking the P.O.B trail, or considering staying in a guest house near Çerem.

What a gem on the trail. The views are spectacular, the brand new guest house that sleeps 8 per room is very cosy and clean. Best part is the family that runs the guest house. Here you feel welcome from the second you enter. All food is home made and very delicious. This simple and authentic guest house and katun is everything I hoped to find on the trail. You will be well rewarded if you do this small detour from your POB hike, it is well marked from both sides. Also perfect if you want to climb Zla Kolata and do not feel like going all the way to Cerem or Vusanje.
