Great location 15min walk to downtown Parnu. Private parking. Rooms are a bit small, but certainly ok for short stays. Air conditioning is Very good in the room. Breakfast was good, multiple choices, including porridge, vegetables, bacon, sausages, eggs, etc. Slight downside that it opens a bit late, 8.00 on weekdays and 9.00 on weekends. Staff was joyful and helpful. We enjoyed two nights and will come back again.

I guess for one night it's ok. But I made the mistake of staying five nights. My main concern was the fact the room never got cleaned In fact I had to borrow a vacuum cleaner and do it myself on the third day and beg for towels. The lady apologized and told me the cleaner was Ukrainian and didn't understand their language. I was promised it would be cleaned on the fourth day but they forgot the bathroom. Anyway I complained to booking com who claimed the Villa Eden denied this and I am therefore a liar. I contacted the hotel and they denied it and said my room was cleaned every day and I am lyi. They advised me to go stayy in a five Star hotel . If Villa Eden replies to this with lies ,I will re send a review and attach their message via booking. I'm going to contact the tourist board in pärnu about this disgusting behaviour. I'm not angry with the cleaner or with the fact I had to clean it myself. I'm angry with the lies.
