My stay at Eurostars Lisbon couldn’t have come at a better time. After my flight was cancelled, spending a long and exhausting time at the airport, and feeling sick, arriving at the hotel was such a relief. The staff was incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely went out of their way to take extra good care of me. It truly made all the difference. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything and easy to get around the city. The room was comfortable, and the rooftop pool was a great bonus - perfect for relaxing once I started feeling better. Overall, a wonderful hotel with amazing service and a team that truly cares.

Absolutely wonderful stays at this upscale Eurostars hotel in May and November 2025! My appreciation goes to the awesome front-desk manager named Antonio whose personalized and kind attention to guests, exemplary customer service skills and impeccable English language skills are outstanding. I also enjoyed meeting Aline (in May), Rafael, two Tiagos (from the day and overnight shifts), Melissa and Jayla. Each of these staff members was charismatic, multilingual, knowledgeable and helpful, and treated me and other guests with genuine respect. I look forward to returning to this hotel on my next trip to Portugal. The hotel is located in a beautiful modern area right by the water and Oceanário de Lisboa, and a five-minute walk from a large shopping mall, a full-size supermarket, and many restaurants. The location is perfect for both business visitors and tourists. There are numerous 24-hour public transportation options to Central Lisbon and the airport. Alternatively, a Bolt or Uber ride to Humberto Delgado Airport costs €4-€7 and takes 15 minutes. The rooms are large, modern and very clean… some with great water views. Breakfast is quite nice and includes hot options, cold cuts, fruit and sweets. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for one night when arriving one night by train (Lisboa Oriente) and departing the next morning by plane. The location was very convenient. It was walking distance from the train station and about 15 minutes from the airport. We stayed in a junior suite, which was spacious. There was a separate bedroom, full bath, living room, and powder room. We had a nice view from the 15th floor. There was a small workout room down the hall with exercise equipment, a steam room, and sauna. The roof deck has a nice pool and view. There is a restaurant/bar in the lobby and room service available. The staff was very nice.
