The best place to stay for hikers in Cauterets by far and it's deceptively cheap when it comes to price/quality. All around a hidden gem for students/hikers or anyone is budget constrainted and is just looking for a comfortable place to spend the night. The hostess Anouk was also very attentive and all around friendly.

The staff are really nice and the food is great too. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean with great views. The local people are really nice aswell.
