Service is second to none. Esspecially the kitchen. The best food we ever had in a Swiss 3* or 4* hotel. 100m from the ski lift. Everythin is delicius w/o exeptions.

A lovely hotel if a little dated. My room was pretty basic but I had a balcony which was great. I would stay there again. The staff couldn't do enough for us.

We were in Steinmattli for 15 days. Very good value for your money. The room and balcony were spacious and cosy. Everything was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good. All personnel did everything they could for the guests, very friendly. Big advantage for us was the guest card with which we could take all cable cars for free and all public transport. We really felt at home during our stay in Hotel Steinmattli
