Very good location and the staff was friendly: however, the rooms are not good. We slept in their ‘best’ room after being placed in a room that is currently being renovated. The room had a lot of space: however, the beds were not comfortable and the mattresses are small. The shower is loose and takes a long time to warm up.

Shockingly bad! All other hotels were sold out so this was our only option. Our room was worse than a 1 star hotel like formula 1, premiere class etc. Dirty, smelly, ugly rooms & decoration. The bathroom looked like it has not been updated for at least 50 years. Barely possible to take a shower. Slept very badly as the bed was roxkhard and pillows terrible. Also, our room window was just on the street so we were woken up early by passerbys. This hotel is overpriced and I really do not recommend it! The edelweiss next door looked much better!

Friendly, helpful, smiling staff. Good breakfasts and dinners. Comfortable bedrooms.
