The Roses B&B

My daughter and I spent 3 days at The Roses in September and had the best experience imaginable with our hosts. The breakfast menus were just to our liking and served in a bright and sunny dining room with a view, our room was spacious and very comfortable, the garden space was stunning (Andy is a top notch gardener!) and our hosts went above and beyond making sure we had the most wonderful stay with them. We highly recommend this B&B!

Excellent Guesthouse in Portree. Andy and Lian are the most attentive hosts you could wish for. With great passion, they create a true home away from home for their guests. Breakfast is lovingly prepared and absolutely delicious, and they even send you off for the day with a slice of homemade cake. Since the guesthouse is located slightly above Portree, it’s wonderfully peaceful. At the same time, it’s the perfect base for exploring the many highlights of the Isle of Skye.

Lovely friendly and helpful hosts. The bnb is immaculately clean and Andy and Lian Na take a huge pride in the service they provide. We stayed in the double room with private bathroom across the hall which was no problem with bathrobes provided. There is also a full lounge which is purely for the use of guests, which came in very useful on a wet, blustery day. It is a bit of a walk up the hill but the setting is delightful.
