We came as two Families with 5 children and leaving there with lots of good memories, and nothing disappointing. For me, the most fascinating thing was the staff, because you can always build the best buildings but creating such an excellent staff is an art so we are really amazed with the level of excellency. The breakfasts are so good so the other meals of the day especially lunch feels like average but it is because the breakfasts and dinners are really too much. For me, the food is too much, I felt like a bomb to explode after every dinner because each one was a 6 courses fine dining event. The chefs are really spending some time on the plates and each one was the work of art. We want to thank to all staff, namely, receptionists, kinderhof staff, restaurant and bar staff, room service and of course the shuttle drivers who really helped us to catch all the ski lessons of our kids on time.

Overall Moar Gut is an incredible hotel / resort where you can really feel good and relax. The service and the friendliness of the staff is outstanding. Especially the reception staff. Rarely seen this anywhere before. The hotel facilities are awesome. The „Kinderhof“ seems to be very new and makes the kids (smaller and bigger) feel well from first visit. Lots of stuff to experience as there is a broad range of action rooms I.e climbing, trampoline etc.. Also the ski shop which is directly across the hotel has an impressive service. Friendly and totally flexible. The ski courses have been really disappointing. The Skischule is not from the hotel but you can book at the hotel. Most of the teachers seem to never have worked with kids and mix their language instantly between German English and Dutch. For many kids, this was a no goal and you saw lots of crying and unhappy participants in the courses. Our room was really small, especially the bathroom and there was no cloak room available, which would be especially during skiing season very helpful. We were only three people in the room, but with four in my view, this would be unworkable. The overall food experience was OK.breakfast was absolutely outstanding, but lunch, as well as dinner in my view only mediocre. In summary: nice hotel with great service and facilities. Food and rooms could be better

Beautiful family hotel with lots of kid related activities. Situated in a stunning location surrounded by mountains and beautiful nature. There's a small animal farm with all sorts of animals (bunnies, sheep, pigs, horses etc) and the kids can feed them. We've been there during the summer and we loved it so we went back again in the winter to enjoy it with snow. If you are thinking of a family vacation this is definitely recommended!
