The worst experience ever You definitely shouldn't stay at this hostel. While I stayed at this hostel, a Finnish traveler also stayed in this hostel. When the hostess explained about accommodation, she mentioned about the Finnish guy as a strange man. At this moment, I started noticing that the hostess was rude. In the next morning, I was taking a shower at first floor. 10 minutes after, someone started hitting the bathroom door and shouting with loud voice to me for many times. Of course felt so scared and irritated. And stopped taking a shower. I'd never encountered such situation. When I opened the door, the hostess stood right in flont. She kept shouting "We can use only 100 litter of hot water! How long were you taking a shower!!", and I answered "What's wrong with you!? How rude are you against a guest!? I was in a bathroom for about 15 minutes!?" She claimed to me that I was taking a shower more than 30 minutes because she kept watching me taking a shower in front of the door! And of course she didn't explain to me at all that in the hostel we can use until 100 litter. I started feeling chilly because of her creepiness and disrespectfulness. I felt in danger, so I left this hostel. Haapsalu had been a dreamy town over many years. But this experience totally ruined my expectations. I felt depressed and I stopped sightseeing, so I decided to back to Tallinn some days ahead of schedule. I definitely don't recommend this hostel at all. Ps Tamme hostel(in Haapsalu) is also run by same hostess. Please note.

I booked the apartment 2 weeks in advance, sent the tenant a message via the brokerage service, WhatsApp, email and text message, but I couldn't reach them. I was in Haapsalu without accommodation😡🤬

Hubane, õdus-hubane külalistemaja, väga mugav voodi, kõik vajaminev köögis olemas +tee-kohv. Väga vastutulelik ja äärmiselt hooliv perenaine! Aitäh! Kindlasti tulen jälle.
