Endañeta Berri Nekazalturismoa

Our experience at Endañeta Berri was very negative due to the treatment we received from the owner. Although the surroundings are beautiful, the owner arrived at the apartment at 7:00 AM, claiming that this was the agreed-upon checkout time, something we never confirmed. When I tried to explain that I had told her we would be leaving later, her response was to directly accuse me of lying, in an inappropriate and disrespectful tone. The situation was very uncomfortable and created unnecessary tension. Furthermore, there were inappropriate comments and even threats, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Traveling as a family should be a pleasant experience, and unfortunately, this treatment made us feel unwelcome and eager to leave as soon as possible. For all these reasons, we would not recommend this accommodation. We hope this review helps improve the treatment of future guests.

Excellent apartments for 4 and 6 people. Beautiful location just a few kilometers from the beach and tourist attractions. Worth it!

We loved it: the apartment, the location, the views, the service... everything! The apartment has everything you could possibly need. In the kitchen, there's a refrigerator with a freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, mugs, and small appliances like a juicer, immersion blender, and toaster. There are also pots, pans, laundry detergent, dish soap, bin bags, dishcloths, and a scouring pad. You'll find a clothesline, clothespins, an ironing board, and an iron. The bathroom has a hairdryer, toilet paper, towels, and towel hooks. Bed linens and pillows are provided. The bed is very comfortable, and the sofa bed is less so, but still comfortable. Everything is brand new and very well maintained.
