Best Western Hotel Massafra

Great hotel, clean and new rooms. Very stylish design. Friendly and professional staff with great breakfast. Loses one star because of two things. Firstly the check out is 10:30am, normally it is a little later in Italy. Secondly there is a bright red light in the room which disturbed my sleep. Otherwise an outstanding stay.

The receptionist was extremely kind and nice and she also helped us with our luggage as the lift wasn’t working the day we arrived. Room was really spacious for my family of 4 and everything was nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the room had the perfect temperature when we entered the room! Overall great bid room with a view and the service is excellent!

We absolutely loved staying here! The location is excellent. The room is big & very fresh and clean! The staff is amazing! We would definitely be back!
