Situato a mio avviso in posizione strategica ad Aosta. Al centro di un po di tutto. Pila a 5 minuti, Courmayeur a 40 minuti, Brusson ad un'oretta scarsa e i vari laghi del circondario. Comodo al centro di Aosta dove c'è tutto ciò che serve. Il piccolo monolocale fa parte dello stabile e abitazione della proprietaria che tra l'altro e davvero gentile e disponibile nel consigliare dove mangiare o trascorrere del tempo. Ambienti puliti con comodo giardino e tavolo dove poter fare uno spuntino. Subito nella immediate vicinanze bar e ristornate/pizzaria.

The place is magical, with an excellent location, opposite a wildlife reserve, the marvelous ruins of Quart Castle, and just minutes from the center of Aosta, a splendid city, especially during this Christmas season. Unfortunately, the location rating isn't the best. We weren't given the place we'd booked (and we turned a blind eye). There's only a kettle dangerously attached to multiple electrical outlets, especially considering the large amount of wood inside. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable, with mattresses worn and thin, enough to keep us awake at night. The bathroom smells like sewage or something similar coming out of the shower. There's not even a coffee maker, which was a major inconvenience considering the distance from bars, especially during the holiday season when they're also closed. We couldn't find a broom, dustpan, or even a cloth to wipe the floor. The outlets for cell phone chargers are truly inconvenient. It went from excessively hot to freezing at night. I hope these criticisms are considered genuine and constructive so we can improve the stay of others who come. I also say that this is the first time in our many travels that I find myself writing a negative review.
