Park Inn by Radisson Central Tallinn

Park Inn by Radisson Central Tallinn was well managed, the room was clean and spacious equipped with a kettle and coffee/tea. The hotel provided also free wifi. Location was convenient, just 5 mins walk to those shopping centres and about 15 mins to the Old Town. I also walked to Kadrioru Park and took me about 25 mins. I also enjoyed the lunch in the hotel, even though there was only one choice but they changed every day. Taste was good and prices were reasonable. The staff in the coffee shop provided an excellent service.

Average hotel with a bit outdated rooms and decor. No restaurant on site that serves dinner. Rooms are simple with very small bathrooms. No iron in the room. TV remote was missing. Breakfast has plenty to choose from. Access to the hotel by car is not clear, you drive in to a parking lot between two buildings.

During a recent vacation, I stayed at the Park Inn and found it very comfortable, with a well‑designed room and an impressively designed building overall. However, that is not the main reason for this five‑star review. On December 6th, 2025, at about 4:30 p.m., I experienced an unexpected medical emergency. I managed to get down to the lobby and ask for an ambulance, which the staff arranged immediately. Because I had to leave so abruptly, I left all my belongings behind in room 451. What truly moved me was what happened next: the staff carefully packed my things and had them delivered to the hospital where I was admitted, including my book and a thoughtfully written note. That gesture might seem small, but being alone in a country I had never visited before, it meant everything to me. The staff at the Park Inn embody everything kind and warm people can be. When I return to Tallinn next winter, I fully intend to thank them in person. Until then, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all the Park Inn staff!
