Hotel Restaurant Zur Mühle

The review is only for the restaurant. The food was really delicious and the atmosphere was charming. The place is quite rustic with many elements of an old mill house and old pictures of Saas Fee. I had the Entrecote of the Black Angus Cattle (160g) with a Pinot noir source and some vegetables. We also had the Cordon Bleu. Both dishes were excellent. We would definitely come back one day! Thank you for the great food, service and experience!

great food. especially if you like good hash browns. but everything is very delicious too. i can recommend the celery soup (i love good soups). Also dont leave without having a VP (vieille prune schnapps) with you coffee or solo.

Very good cheese fondue with pickles, onions, and potatoes. The waitress was very polite and attentive. The restaurant has a hunter’s lodge ambiance, with mounted trophies throughout. We sat outside during the day, and although it is on the street, the setting felt cozy and pleasant, with flowers along the side adding a welcoming touch. It isn’t inexpensive, of course, but then in Switzerland, everything tends to be.
