Spa Hotel Tervise Paradiis

Visited only the water park with the family in December 2025. We really enjoyed it, kids we happy about the water sliding tubes, purchased the whole day ticket, a whole day of fun, the price is fine compared to the quality and time we spent there. Really enjoyed the sauna world 2nd floor. Only thing we were dissapointed about was the dining experience available at the spot. Honestly, the experience at the Neptune Grill (located inside the hotel, You are able to visit during the water park visit), the food was not enjoyable at all + the waiter forgot 1 meal for my kid, so they brought the missing meal only after we all were finished, price-to-food quality ratio was not adequate at all. I do not reccomend the Neptune Grill.

Bought a package through a reselling company, for myself and two kids. After an online check-in I was contacted by a sales representative, who informed me that I should pay for the second child's dinner, as the package included dinner for two grown-ups (which is obviously more expensive than the kids one). Price for adults 24, kids 14. Basically that would be 48 for 2 adults, and 52 for 1 adult and 2 kids, which seems ridiculous for the huge hotel to demand of a customer, when the package costs 250 for 1 night stay. Besides that, they wanted me to pay 14 euros, the full dinner for the kid. And the problem is not in 14 euros, the problem is in the approach and the penny-pinching and greed of what seems to be a large hotel. At first I thought they wanted to charge me for extra bed and the whole conversation was really far from being customer oriented or close to that. The hotel seems to have poor level of service and is absolutely not worth 4 stars they have. Decided to cancel the booking and go for a better hotel.

It's our first time here. Everything is better than in Viimsi spa in Talin. Only slides are better in Talin as for little kids. We will definitely come here again.
