Hotel Sa Vall Valldemossa

We loved staying in this hotel. It had spectacular views and it has a traditional and authentic touch to every little thing. The reception was very welcoming and the service and room were excellent. Most importantly we loved their integrity into everything. Thank you for having us.

The location and surroundings are phenomenal even though a little tucked away. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and traditional. The cat is so friendly and cuddly too. And the views of the church and adorable town were the cherry on top! The owners are also very responsive and kind.

It’s a cute little hotel, but the service is terrible or there is no service at all. First upon our arrival, there was no one to help us with luggage or show us the way. We had to carry our luggages to climb all the stairs and find our way to our room. It’s like a self check-in Airbnb and you won’t be able to reach out to the manager or staff until they show up in the morning for breakfast service, which the food and drinks are not very good. During our checkout, I asked the staff if I can leave a bit late like around 12:30 pm. She said yes immediately but apparently she didn’t understand what I was asking (the staff don’t speak English at all). So when I was checking out they looked very upset and wanted to charge me late checkout fee. I told them they were not honest about the late check out policy and we got into an argument which we both don’t understand what the other side is talking about. Finally someone called the manager who can speak English then he explained what are those fees about. He didn’t charge me late checkout fee but never sent me a receipt as he promised either. I wouldn’t recommend you to stay in this place because of the no service and difficult of communication.
