Amazing stay at Berghotel Rudolfshütte! Everything was excellent — great location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food. Truly a perfect mountain experience. Highly recommended!

A breathtaking location for nature-loving families If you're seeking a getaway close to nature and full of adventure, this mountain hotel is truly special. Don’t expect quiet relaxation and luxury. It's more about the raw beauty of the landscape and an active, family-friendly atmosphere. The cheerful noise of children and the occasional howling mountain wind in your windows are part of the experience. Even if the weather keeps you indoors, there’s still plenty to explore and enjoy inside the hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinner were always fresh, varied, and exceptionally tasty. A surprisingly high-level culinary experience that truly delighted us.

The hotel smells, be prepared that every part of it has a smell (weird and bad). Our room did not smell and was clean, pretty basic but who cares. The structure is quite 'vintage' but that would not be a problem if it was clean. Wellness: sauna area is reasonable but too small for the volume of guests. The floor was dirty, we didn't use it because of hygene reasons. Gym and solarium where nice. Swimming pool always crwoded with very noisy children even during the hours for adult only. We have been to other Berghotel for family and children but never found rude guests as in this one. Breakfast and dinner crowded with very basic choices. Regarding the prices, overpriced for the service, they make you pay 20€ for the bathrobe. crazy. We also felt there was an attitide toward us, because we are not austrian. We paid 250€ per night with halfboard. It is one of the worst places we have been so far in Austria ( out of 7 places where we stayed so far). Something to forget.
