Les Agapanthes Gîte ***

We first stayed at Les Agapanthes in 2019. It was the ideal pied à terre to visit the Côtes d’Armor region. The hosts Pierre and Gigi couldn’t have made us feel more welcome With spectacular scenery Les Agapanthes is the place to lay back, relax, soak up the sun, and sit on the veranda with your croissants and coffee and take in the views across the bay of Erquy. We never tire of it and it became our go to French gite to stay as only an hours drive from St Malo, (the ferry) plenty to see and visit in the region, and topped with the Crêperie moulerie Au Jardin within a 5-6 minute walk when you don’t feel like cooking.

Charming cottage with a sublime sea view: For the past four years, we have happily stayed at Gigi's cottage, where she always gives us a warm welcome. She takes care of every detail and thoughtful touches that make us feel right at home. The garden is also a haven of tranquility. The view of the cove is a constantly changing spectacle, depending on the time of day. The GR34 coastal path is directly accessible, guaranteeing wonderful walks and hikes around the cottage, in a very unspoiled natural setting: Cap d'Erquy, the beaches of Lourtuais and Portuais, the blue lakes, etc. In short, this cottage is a little gem!
