Lovely hotel in beautifully kept grounds. Staff are lovely, helpful and keen for you to have a great stay. The swimming pool is large and a useful shape rather than looking like a kidney bean. Food is also very good. It's around a 15 - 20 minute walk in to Assisi but this didn't bother us at all. I'd highly recommend this hotel. Only slight drawback is they have an annexe we were put in for our second night there. The rooms there are larger but the sound proofing is poor - particularly between rooms.

Stayed here on our honeymoon and it was awesome! If you need to get into the town of Assisi, there is a bus stop less than 2 minutes from the hotel. If you want to just stay at the hotel, enjoy the beautiful view and their pool, you can do that too. If you're on a romantic trip, see if they have the spa available for the private session, it's worth it!
