Melnsils, Kempings

Unfortunately, I’ve never experienced a camping night quite like this—certainly not in a good way. The site itself is beautiful, staff are friendly, but all of that is completely overshadowed by what happens after dark. ‘Peace and quiet’ is what they promise, but we got the opposite: loud, drunken parties going on past 3 a.m., no staff in sight, no rules enforced, and absolutely no chance for sleep. If you actually want a restful night surrounded by nature, this isn’t it. Unless they start taking quiet hours seriously, it’s just not worth it. Such a shame, because everything else was great. Would love to see the management fix this—then it would be a perfect spot.

Lovely place by the seaside to get away from the city life. Super friendly and helpful staff. Lots of activities and things to do, beach with breathtaking views and almost no people. Recommended!

Our stay was pretty good. The view was fantastic and we had a lot of positive moments. The Krogs/Restaurant on site has some delicious food, and the breakfast - 10/10! Definitely a must visit.
