The RiverSide Chill

Wonderful wonderful stay, great location, free parking on site, right on the river, Ryan and Katja are the best hosts and make for a comfortable kind environment! Clean rooms, plenty of pillows, a heater for the cold nights, two showers and bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a great breakfast with tips from Ryan and Katja!

Had the absolute best time at riverside!! Was recommended by a friend and was even better than I hoped. The hosts are incredibly friendly and kind, welcoming with open arms into what feels like their loving house. I came with a lot of wet luggage from the rain and immediately space was made to dry my tent and wash my clothes. They will also happily share all their knowledge on the region and help you make a plan that matches your way of exploring the beautiful nature and cities around. Unlike many hostels this really felt like a home. An atmosphere that is passed on by the travellers that come and go. Not your typical partyhostel but rather a place to meet likeminded traveller souls, share in stories and food and get spoiled by a delicious breakfast. So much so that I found friends to continue my travels with for days after. Without exageration this is the best hostel I've ever stayed at and I look forward to coming back!!!

The only downside is that it makes me want to stay in the hostel and not go out. Everything else is perfect—the facilities, the breakfast, the environment, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the warm hospitality of Ryan and Katja.
