Kilmichael House B&B

What a wonderful experience in an Edwardian house. The rooms were huge with a king size bed & doona. Bathroom with shower & bath. Host Charlotte was very helpful offering recommendations for restaurants etc. we dine at Fiddlers 👍 which was a 10 min walk. I have read some negative reviews however can only judge on our experience

Booked a room for tonight, then called to say we would arrive19.30. No answer. We arrived and a visibly grumpy lady told us she was closed, hadnt recieved a booking or a phonecall. If we had a complaint call booking.com. Absolutely avoid this place. Booking.com should not have clients like this as it makes us uncertain.

I would not recommend staying here. The host was consistently rude and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Instead of supporting her guests, she seemed to act against their comfort and needs. The experience was very disappointing, and I would advise looking for accommodation elsewhere.
