Great hotel for the price. We got the room with the sauna and it was an amazing bonus. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. A couple notes! Prepare to bring some food, the rooms have little kitchens but no soap to do the dishes. in the morning we opted out of the breakfast - to expensive for what it was. They didn’t even let us purchase just coffee - they said it would have to be the full price of a breakfast. So we got some instant to use for the few days we were there. When you check in they give you for free a zell am see / kaprun summer card pass and it gave us a bunch of free actives to do in the area like “the top of salzburg”. So fun and definitely recommend. They have onsite laundry FOR FREE!! Huge bonus for us. Final point - it is definitely a hike to the hotel… Without a car would be miserable.

Excellent cleanliness, a great and varied breakfast, a perfect location, and an amazing view. What really stands out is the service and the staff, especially the reception team. Special thanks to Mr. Christian, the hotel manager, who personally followed up on my case, visited multiple post offices, and stayed in direct contact with me to ensure my passport was safely sent to me. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care are truly commendable. Many thanks as well to Nikola at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. A truly outstanding experience, highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

One of the beautiful place I got to stay. The apartment is amazing and modern with all the facilities available. The Sauna is a relaxing addition that I loved here. The staff are polite and cordial. The breakfast is amazing. I would recommend anyone visiting Kaprun or nearby to stay here without a thought
