Unprofessional and unhelpful. Very slow service at the restaurant - food took an hour to arrive. Impossible to sleep as management had rented the place out for a party that went on with loud music until 3 am right below our rooms. Staff did nothing when we complained at 1.30 am that we could not sleep.
