Very friendly hostess! However, you should keep in mind that you shouldn't have any expectations of the B&B. (There's no TV in the room.) It's located on a mountain about 5 kilometers from Belluno. There's no supermarket or anything similar. Okay for one night, but not suitable for families with children!
