It's located just outside the center of Gubbio, easy parking, and a 10-minute walk to the center. Clean, spacious rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a shared bathroom are available. They also offer a free coffee maker. The room is also very bright and offers a beautiful view. The owners are very kind. I had a wonderful stay.

A guesthouse just outside the walls of Gubbio, in a quiet location convenient for walking to the center. Excellent value. The rooms are simple and clean. The kindness and helpfulness of the owners also make a difference, especially Salvatore, who was wonderful with us. Thank you for making us feel at home.
