Olissippo Oriente

Female receptionist with glasses not very corteous, when I called to request slippers she said “we run out” without apologies. When asked at The reception about slippers they mentioned they would try to send them the following day but nothing was done and no courtesy follow up was made. Second day I got back to the room around5 pm and the room was not clean or done, bed still undone no fresh towels replaced so I notified the reception but still the room was not cleaned and the bed was not done just fresh towels were placed in. Overall not the service and treatment I was expecting from this hotel. Spider webs in the higer corners of the room and hair in the shower showing slack ok cleaning.

I stayed at Olissipo Oriente Hotel in Lisbon for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, great for a short stay. I also tried the buffet dinner, which had a good variety of options. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Oriente Station, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also conveniently close to the airport. For early travelers, the hotel provides a breakfast box, which was very helpful for my early morning flight. A convenient choice for anyone traveling through Lisbon!

This is a great hotel. Located on the main street, close to the train station, 10 minutes drive to the airport. It is five minutes walk to the boardwalk with lots of restaurants and activities like the cable car. Five minutes walk to the mall and right near a casino. We stayed in a junior suite, it was roomy, clean and modern. Great blackout curtains and pretty quiet at night. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Great Wi-Fi, stable and Fest in case you need to work during your stay. The only downside for us was that the suite didn’t have a door to the bedroom so it was all an open space. We expected a suite with a separate bedroom.
