We love this place and come back on a regular basis. We especially enjoy the spa after our cross country skiing days. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere at the bar is relaxed and the cocktails are unique. I especially like the Mandarynka and the mocktails. The breakfast and dinner options are also delicious.

Really bad experience with the front office, with shocking sentence received by email : "I'll leave aside the fact that children's hidden expenses are equal to or even higher than those of adults." This hotel charges 150€ for a one year baby cot ! Just crazy ! Why not being fair and honest with your customers and just choose to be an "Adults only" hotel.

Well you it could have started so badly, when we arrived at the reception with our 2 dogs. To be told they did not know we had 2, they only accept 1. Showed our confirmation of the booking, but the key to the room was handed over, with out The receptionist looking at it. I later found out she was one of the family owners, coming up to celebrating 100 years of continuous ownership and operation ! Love the place
