Hotel Tölzer Hof

I spent the Christmas Eve in this wonderful hotel. I was amazed about the high quality of customer service. Such service I did not even receive in a 5 star hotel. The employees of this hotel were doing everything to make us as guests feel like at home. I would like to mention the hotel manager in particular. One could see that she loves her job and does it from all the heart, going extra mile and assisting guests in every possible way. Not even she constantly was making sure that me, my partner and my little daughter are doing fine and bringing all the necessary things for the baby, but also I saw a situation when she helped another guest to get to the hospital by bringing him with her own car! In my travel experience, I have never met so friendly, nice and helpful personnel in a hotel. Thank you very much guys! We will definitely return!

Fantastic place but even more so people!!! The staff and management of the hotel were super nice and would go above and beyond to make sure you are having a great time! Can’t wait to go back again!!! Thanks for making us feel at home!!!
