Alexandra Hotel

It’s a quaint central hotel. It’s what you see is what you get. Lovely comfy beds, great staff. Nice brekkie for long hikes. Close to shops and restaurants and bars. Great price

I was invited to stay at this hotel and enjoyed my visit. The staff were all friendly and breakfast was excellent. The hotel itself is what you would expect, a little tired but otherwise clean and warm.

Stayed for 4 nights as part of a Coach Tour. Couldn't believe the air of indifference from the staff especially in the dining room. Breakfast choice was good but, evening meal was very different.....cold soup, barely cooked veg with main course, and inedible desserts. Won't stay there again.
