It's 1:59 a.m., and I'm writing this review from the bed of my single room, a cozy little refuge inside the "U Burie" apartment in Cisternino. Despite the hour, I feel the need to share my experience because this place truly deserves it. The house is large, intricate, and charming, with many levels and just as many stairs: yes, there are many, and after a busy day, they make themselves felt, but each floor offers something unique and contributes to the authenticity of the accommodation. There are two double bedrooms, both spacious and meticulously maintained. The beds are comfortable, the sheets are fresh, and the silence makes every night a pleasure. One of the two is larger and brighter, perfect as a main room, while the other, slightly more intimate, maintains an intimate and elegant atmosphere. The single room, where I'm writing now, is small but perfect for your own quiet corner: simple, quiet, and with a truly comfortable bed. A huge plus are the three bathrooms, all spotlessly clean and functional, with spacious showers and instant hot water: a priceless convenience when traveling with multiple guests. The living room is welcoming and tastefully furnished, ideal for relaxing and spending time together, while the kitchen and common areas have an authentic touch that makes you feel part of the village. The apartment's true gem is the hot tub positioned above the fireplace, a dramatic space that amazes everyone who enters. A detail that makes the stay special, perfect for those seeking moments of relaxation and atmosphere. Completing the experience are two armchairs with a view, in one of the most charming corners of the house: sitting there means enjoying a wonderful view, absorbing the silent magic of Cisternino. In conclusion, "U Burie" is much more than just an apartment: it is an experience full of character, comfort, and authenticity. There are many stairs, it's true, but they are part of its identity. And as I write this at 1:59 AM, feeling tired and my mind full of wonderful memories, I can only say that this place truly deserves all five stars. A unique place, worth experiencing and recommending without hesitation.

In a charming village in a beautiful region, you'll find this newly renovated apartment. Its traditional stonework, combined with modern, minimalist decor and a panoramic terrace with a jacuzzi, makes this apartment a truly unique experience. The owners have clearly taken great care in giving it this new lease on life and are always available to help and make your stay an unforgettable pleasure. If you're lucky enough to stay there, you'll definitely want to come back! I wouldn't give it more stars if I could ;-)

Magnificent!! In the heart of Cisternino, in an incredibly strategic location, a designer apartment with attention to every detail! Every corner is thoughtfully and elegantly designed, all the spaces are well-organized, comfortable, and equipped with every comfort. We stayed at Casa U Burie for 5 days, touring the entire Itria Valley with ease, and returning home in the evening to enjoy the view of the rooftops from the Jacuzzi was priceless! We'll be back soon!
