It's 18 km from the Stubai ski slopes, easily reached via the main road. Just a few minutes' walk from the town center, it's a perfect place for families or a romantic getaway for two. The owners, Emilia and Karl, are incredibly kind and helpful. An unforgettable experience.

What a beautiful location! Nice and close to the village with a very beautiful view. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help. Clean and tidy apartment. The garden is very nice and large. We really enjoyed our holiday with our children aged 2 and 5. Highly recommended!
