Alpin Zeneli Chalet

Very nice guesthouse, great view and you don't have to go down completely into the valley and up again the next day. But we did get charged 30€ extra per person just for dinner, which was very unexpected. And the dinner wasn't huge too and for lunch packs you also get charged 7€ p.P. extra.

Amazing rooms and we were very very positive about the place, until we left. The place was already a little bit more expensive, which was fair since it was so nice. But we got offered dinner which was good but nothing too spectacular. They charged 30 euros for the dinner without saying it. Also 7 euros got charged for the worst lunch we got on the trail (moldy bread, moldy cheese an egg and a tomato). Which is a complete shame because the place itself was very nice and it would have made more sense to charge a bit more for the stay upfront. Would not recommend

We did peaks of the Balkan’s and it was worth every step up the valley for this stay. The views, food, accommodations and the food were all some of the best I experienced in Albania. The premium touches are worth it to anyone who appreciates the mountains and beautiful beech forests.
