Hotel Principe Marmolada

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service and overall management were a complete disaster. The manager behaved in a shocking way he was shouting at guests and causing scenes. The police had to get involved, and they even apologized to us for his behavior. On top of that, the coffee was disgusting like the cheapest machine coffee. The SPA costs 15 euros, but in reality you only get access to the pool. Even worse, the pool is only accessible if you wear a swimming cap, which was not clearly communicated in advance. No comfort, no professionalism, and no respect for guests. Avoid this place.

The cleanliness, housekeeping, and hotel amenities are fine. The staff tries very hard. But that's where the praise ends. The dining experience is on the level of a factory canteen. Drinks are served in plastic cups instead of glasses, the instant coffee is undrinkable, and there's only one type of cheap tea. Guests have to search for their own cutlery—sometimes only knives are available, so you end up eating with a knife. Forget about Italian specialties. To top it all off, the stench in the unventilated ski room is unbearable

Perfect location, nice hotel and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and food was good. A 3 star hotel and absolutely deserves it. We were very happy to choose that one and definitely want to come back ASAP!
