Coastal Glamping @Tregantle farm eco glampsite

We had a wonderful stay and loved every corner of this beautiful place. The tents were beautifully set up, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable – the beds felt just like a hotel! The setting is peaceful, and the beach is only a short walk away. Michele is a fantastic host – so kind and caring – and the breakfast was exceptional. Everything was immaculate. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!💚

As general non campers, ! before we booked we wondered would it be comfy and sleep well, would we have fun, would we do it again… The quick answer is YES to all of the above…we had a wonderful time, the glampsite is small making it a peaceful and ideal place for couples and small groups of people, the ‘tents’ were large and airy, comfortable and well presented and maintained. Michelle clearly has a great eye for style and detail and each ‘tent’ was uniquely and beautifully decorated. All areas were immaculately clean and tidy with all eventualities covered from wanting to barbecue outside, through to having indoor board games - so whatever the weather I think you’ll find its been covered. The position of the site means you are within a 20 minute minute walk to Whitsand bay beach which is one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches (look for the costal path close to the bus stop on the main road) - we walked there most days with our dog Wilbur, the lack of people making it magical. There is also plenty of other walks and things to do in and around the area but for us, peace and quiet and the ability to chill out, cook our own food and relax was key for our enjoyment. By the way, for those who do like to cook, the kitchen areas were also well appointed with pans, Sharp knives, fridge freezer, and thoughtful touches like, tea and coffee and condiments such as tomatoe ketchup! In short I would absolutely recommend a stay here. Michelle and her husband are most hospitable and have struck the right balance between being available and contactable while enabling you to feel like you were by yourself. We had the best time ever staying at Michele’s glamping site. Her flair and design is impeccable; the whole place, accommodation ,kitchen, bathroom and outside spaces are all so well decorated, furnished and fully equipped. There’s everything you need for your stay. Michele was the perfect host looking after us impeccably. Her breakfasts and afternoon tea were exceptional.
