Good location near ski lifts and other areas you'd want to visit. That said, the breakfast was rather disappointing, particuarly the cooked food (in fairness the dinners were much better quality) and the rooms were a combination of having extremely dry air and being too hot which led to not a single nights good sleep (a view shared across the 5 rooms we had throughout the hotel as a party).

Just spent a week in the hotel and it is great. The location is perfect, the food is absolutely fine, terrific breakfast, mains could be improved (meats) but if you choose right perfectly okay. The facilities are excellent, including rooms, spotless. The staff (Alexis) are so nice, helpful, can’t do enough. All in all a great choice.

I suppose the issues I experienced aren’t just a matter of personal preference. Finding hair on the bed, a broken heater, sand coming out of the showerhead, a toilet that barely flushes, and a non-functional bedside lamp. After we reported the bedsheet issue, the front desk gave us two fresh sets — which we appreciated — but we were asked to change them ourselves. All these little details really made my stay... unforgettable. These are the actual reasons behind my review — not because I simply didn’t "like" the room.
