Camp Bovec

The campsite was very cozy. There are cabins available, which I found relatively expensive, or you can choose a space for tent camping. Showers and toilets are free and located in two buildings within the campsite, which is perfectly sufficient given its size. Parking is available around the campsite. There is a small kitchen with an electric kettle and two washing machines. In the dining room, there are free sockets for charging electronics, and for an extra fee, there are also stands with access to electricity placed around the campsite. Staff can communicate in Czech. Overall, I was very satisfied and it met my expectations. You can also book activities in the area directly here. The only downside is that payment is cash only.

Small but excellent camp. Quick and easy check in. We were on a weekday and there was no crowd. The camp has absolutely everything, clean toilets, showers, hot water, kitchen, you can use everything freely. The price is very fair and there are no extra charges, very simple.

We had an amazing stay at Camp Bovec! The place is spotless – the cleanliness really stood out compared to many other campsites I’ve visited. The facilities are modern, well maintained, and everything is set up to make your stay comfortable. Every morning and evening you’re greeted with a breathtaking 360° panorama of the mountains – it truly makes the camp feel like a special place to stay. We also joined their rafting trip, which was an unforgettable experience – professional, safe, and a lot of fun. But what really made this place shine was Jan. He went above and beyond and literally saved our holiday by helping us track down a bicycle bearing when we were stuck. Without his kindness and effort, our trip would have turned out very differently. If you’re looking for a clean, well-run camp with excellent activities, incredible views, and genuinely helpful people, Camp Bovec is the place. Can’t recommend it enough!
