Elio is a very friendly and knoweldgeable host. Since we arrived late in the afternoon and not familiar with the area, he made sure we had a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. It was delicious as well. Our room was spacious and clean. Quaint decor and surroundings. Great location to discover Spello.

This family-run property has hospitable and welcoming hosts. The location is quiet and peaceful. Impeccably clean, with crisp, fragrant linens. The breakfast is light, and I appreciated the availability of savory options upon request. Just a short walk from the town center, parking is available next to the B&B.

We stayed in this wonderful property for a week. The hosts, Mrs. Iole and her husband, Elvio, are two fantastic people who make you feel right at home.
