Hotel Suisse, Swiss Alpine Charm

The hospitality at this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and every detail reflected care and professionalism. The room was excellent, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and offering a stunning view of the mountains. The atmosphere of the hotel is very traditional, with a strong sense of history that gives the place a unique and authentic character. A special mention to Woland at the reception, the incredibly friendly and affectionate dog who added a lovely personal touch to the experience. Breakfast was excellent, with well-organized gluten-free options. As a guest with celiac disease, this level of consideration was truly appreciated. Overall, the facilities, service, and hospitality exceeded expectations. This was a heartwarming stay and a wonderful overall experience. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend this hotel.

Very cozy and warm hotel! I really enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail were excellent, everything you could possibly need was there. I absolutely loved it, and it made my holiday even better. The only small thing I would suggest is providing room slippers, as that would make the stay even more comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
