Would definitely stay here again; well priced, clean and comfortable with lovely views and friendly, helpful staff. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The facility is adequate, very nice and quiet; its remote location contributes to its tranquility. Breakfast is adequate, but the opening hours (8:30-10:00) are not appropriate for a country house. There's no option for a packed lunch if you're planning on going on excursions or leaving early. Given the €2 tourist tax, the facility is positioned as a 4-star hotel, and that's precisely the problem. The rooms are nice, but at least ours had a 3.5m2 bathroom, and no towel changes in four days. I think we need to get down to earth; the price, quality, and service ratio is nonsense. The right price would be half the asking price.

A charming place, with a breathtaking view of the Basilica of St. Francis! The garden is also very well-kept and full of flowers, with an enchanting landscape. The outdoor pool is also beautiful, located near a centuries-old oak tree, which provides much-needed shade in the summer... I will definitely be back.
