I booked two rooms one month ago because my family and I would like to celebrate my mother’s birthday. We couldn’t decide between Paris and Umbria. But at the end we could not have made a better choice than Fassia. The place was fabulous from start to finish. Thanks to Edoardo we experienced exceptional hospitality. He arranged for us a truffle hunting with dogs and a lot of outdoor activities. He personally took us around and showed us the ancient villa, its chapel and garden, where his ancestors used to live. He gave us some very useful tips for shops and restaurants in Gubbio. The food was superb and it was all made with local and natural ingredients. Staff were amazing and always greeted each guest with a warm smile. We left with nothing but fond memories, grateful for his hospitality.
