I'm giving the service one star because unfortunately I can't give it 0. We stayed at the Hotel Mito, booking three rooms, but the experience was very disappointing. We were stuck in the elevator for several minutes and, instead of receiving an apology, we were accused, without proof, of having caused the breakdown. We were charged €50 for each room (€150 total), which we consider unfair and unprofessional. Furthermore, while looking for the ski storage room (which was not marked), we accidentally opened two doors, and this was also pointed out to us in an accusatory tone at check-out. Overall, we found the staff unprofessional and lacking in customer service. We cannot recommend this establishment.
