What a stunning place! The grounds are spacious, the landscape design and natural beauty are in perfect harmony. And the house itself is like something out of a fairy tale. Small but spacious inside, with a common area, two tables, a fireplace, and a stove! The kitchen is especially inviting to linger here, cook dinner, and enjoy the peace and quiet. Before or after a visit to Rome, this is the perfect place to relax. We are very grateful to Alexander and Aurora for their help and support.

We found peace just a stone's throw from Nepi! A beautiful place, green and fresh, quiet and relaxing...we only stayed 3 nights, but if we had the chance, 3 months wouldn't have been enough...Alessandro (the owner) was very kind and helpful, thanks again and we hope to return soon!!!

The place overall is truly beautiful. Large outdoor spaces and a rustic, functional, and pleasant-looking house. The owner is very helpful and courteous.
