We loved this place and the amazing hosts.

Very disorganized (they forgot a reservation) and the cleanliness was not the best. Quite intrusive if you like privacy it is not for you. Comfortable beds, mattresses on the floor. Good breakfast even if the lady kept talking to us, maybe some people prefer to have breakfast in peace... Throughout breakfast the lady kept criticizing the reviews received and honestly it was out of place. I would not go back.

Everything was wonderful! Tucked away and away from traffic, along the ancient Via Francigena, we found a wonderfully lovely couple running this simple yet complete B&B. Everything was spotless, and above all, the breakfasts were homemade with organic ingredients from the adjoining garden. Elvira and Roberto are helpful and warm, and a source of invaluable local information. They offer a variety of accommodations, from a cozy room to a large, informal room with a futon on the floor. A truly moving experience.
