The room we got was very dirty: hair everywhere in the bathroom/shower, beach sand in the shower. I understand that it's basic accomodation, which is OK given the price. But that isn't an excuse to skip cleaning the rooms in between guests altogether...

Highly recommended! Davide (the owner) is super kind and helpful, and the services are excellent, including free use of the bikes and the huge garden (with a playground for kids). The rooms aren't very large, but they're adequate.
