I recently stayed here while walking the Camino. Seán and Mynhardt were exceptional hosts and, they literally did go out of their way to be helpful. When I told Seán that I had left my prescription sunglasses in a hostel that morning, he and Mynhardt contacted the hostel, who confirmed that a taxi was bringing people to another nearby hostel that evening and would take my sunglasses there. After dinner Mynhardt drove to pick up my sunglasses for me. Dinner, breakfast and accommodation were perfect and I was so grateful to Seán and Mynhardt. I'll be back some day.

My niece and I recently spent a couple of nights with Sean and Mynhart. It was the highlight of our Camino. My niece sustained an ankle injury, and both of these lovely men helped us get the help we needed. They are both extremely congenial and great cooks. The accommodations were outstanding, clean, quaint and quiet. I would give 10 stars if I could.

We discovered this place while walking the Camino de Santiago, and the only way to describe this place is special. You can truly feel the love and care that Seán and Mynhard put into every detail. Everything feels magical—as if you’ve stepped into a fairy tale. It would be the perfect setting for an intimate and unforgettable wedding. On top of that, we had a magnificent dinner —absolutely delicious, a true 10/10 dining experience. We were so tempted to stay longer than just one night, because the atmosphere was simply enchanting. We left with a promise to ourselves: to return every year and make it a tradition.
