Nice location near train station! The host Alberto was very welcoming and hospitable. We made the reservation via e-mail, it was very simple and we had no problem.

Spontaneously called, no problem, very uncomplcated. Everything clean, nice rooms, very nice courtyard. Unfortunately no fresh bread at the breakfast (therefore only 4 stars).

I stayed at this inn in July 2025 with my family. We were greeted by Petra's smile, who showed us to our room. Before our stay, I had read some reviews that had raised some doubts, but after contacting the owner before our stay, he showed me a few rooms, and I immediately had a good impression and confirmed the reservation. Indeed, upon our arrival, we found the property clean and well-maintained. The sweet breakfast satisfied our tastes. The location near the station has its pros and cons, but I slept so well that I wasn't disturbed by the train, although there are obviously some traffic jams. In any case, it's a perfect base for those traveling by train and wanting to visit the Cinque Terre. In conclusion, I would gladly return, also because I found the manager and I felt at ease, and the property is ideal for my trips to Sarzana. Excellent value for money, which should always be taken into account in any review, and which I consider excellent.
