Stayed there with my son. Very clean and spacious hotel, close both to the train station and the lifts. Good service. You may hire all equipment from the hotel and there is a restaurant downstairs. The spa and open pool are the cherry-on-top.

Spa area ( pool, saunas, gym etc) is only open from 3-8pm. The suite had advertised a Marshall bluetooth speaker but the receptionist acted oblivious when asking about it. The "heated" towel rack didn't work. Besides the exorbitant accommodation fee, they still charge you €5 for tea at the bar because "room service" is not available.

Made an appointment for a massage, a few hours before a friend told me he booked at the same time. Checked with the reception, they insisted I never booked, and if it's not on the paper it couldn't have happened. No apology, no accountability, no attempt to find a solution. Horrible manners for a place that prides itself on service.
