Visited the hotel during Christmas, the busiest time of the year. I’m extremely happy with the place, atmosphere, food and specially the staff. They are genuinely friendly, and kind specially Ricardo the bar manager, Pauline and Mia from the reception, and all other staff. They will do anything in their power to satisfy the customer. I definitely be happy to come back.

Best hotel in Gstaad. Warm atmosphere, beautiful spa, delicious breakfast, great staff… and we loved the furry slippers!!!
